The Standard First Aid (SFA) Provider course aims to equip participants with knowledge and skills in Standard First Aid, Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and usage of Automated External Defibrillator (AED). At the end of the course, participant will be able to identify and manage medical emergencies as well as render first aid treatments to casualties in common accidents. This course is in accordance to the guidelines and methodologies stipulated by the Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC). Upon successful completion of the training, participants will receive the following certifications accredited by Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC):

  • Standard First Aid Provider

  • CPR (Hands-Only)+AED Provider

This course consists of 7 hours of asynchronous e-learning to be completed by participants before the face to face session.

Entry Requirements

Participants must be physically able to kneel on the floor for the hands-on CPR simulation.

This course is not suitable for participants with physical or health conditions that will be compromised/aggravated while practicing CPR (e.g. recent or active joint injuries, recent surgeries, backaches, pregnant, heart diseases)
