Facilitate Engaging and Impactful Workplace Learning
By participating in this module, you will learn to plan and facilitate effective learning to meet employees’ and organisation's capability development needs.
Select from two learning modes: classroom facilitated training or synchronous e-learning) depending on your organisational needs and personal preferences.
This module is a revised version of the 'Deliver and Facilitate Learning' module conducted prior to Sep 2026.

Course participants will be awarded with the module certificate upon completing the module and attaining a pass in the assessment criteria.
Entry requirements
Communicate proficiently in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
Keen to facilitate and assess learning through the design, reflection and continuous improvement of in-course activities in different learning settings (classroom and workplace)
Possess subject matter specialisation and industry experience
Proficient in IT and communication skills, e.g. Microsoft Office such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and communication tools
Able to source and analyse relevant materials from the workplace, library, internet (including Gen AI use) or online databases for design and development of learning resources

1 Singapore Citizens (SCs), Singapore Permanent Residents (SPRs) and Long Term Visit Pass Plus (LTVP+) holders are eligible for SWDA funding support of 50% of course fees. Self-sponsored individuals must be at least 21 years old to be eligible for funding.
2 SCs, SPRs and LTVP+ holders who are sponsored by SMEs*, or SCs who are eligible for Midcareer Enhanced Subsidy (MCES) enjoy higher SWDA funding support of 70% of course fees.
* To maintain eligibility for Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS), companies are ensure their SME status is approved at SkillsFuture for Business e-Service before course start date. Please note that the SME status will refresh at the end of each calendar year.
3 Applies to the following categories:
(a) Foreigners with a valid work pass;
(b) SCs/ SPRs/ LTVP+ holders who are re-taking the course; and
(c) Self-sponsored SCs/ SPRs/ LTVP+ holders who are below 21 years old.

Duration: 3 days (21 hours)
Time: 9.00 am to 5.30 pm
Note: All participants are required to submit the course assignment(s) on the last day of course
