The ITE Early Admissions Exercise (EAE) allows you to apply for Higher Nitec courses based on your aptitude and interests, and receive a conditional offer for admission to ITE. If you are passionate with strong aptitude related to a Higher Nitec course in ITE, the ITE EAE is for you.

Important

  • Successful applicants will receive a conditional offer in August 2025 for admission to one of your course choices under the April 2026 intake
  • After you accept the conditional offer, your place in the course will be confirmed if your final Nitec GPA (inclusive of CCA bonus points) meets the Minimum Entry Requirements (MER) of the Higher Nitec course
  • Applicants with confirmed offers will not be eligible to participate in the 2026 Nitec Progression to Higher Nitec Intake Exercise (NCHN).

1. Before Applying

2. Submit your Application

Application Phase

Application will open between Tue 20 May 2025 and Mon 26 May 2025.

To submit an application, login with your personal Singpass. You cannot use your parent’s Singpass.

3. Interviews

  • Interviews for shortlisted applicants will be conducted between Mon 16 June 2025 and Tue 22 July 2025
  • EAE selection for shortlisted applicants may occur in-person at ITE College or remotely (online), depending on the course and College
  • If you are shortlisted, the College will notify you of the interview details via email, SMS or phone
  • Should you be unable to turn up for the interview as schedule, please notify the respective College as soon as possible

Assessment

For each of your course choices, you will have to attend an interview (if shortlisted) to be assessed through:

  • Portfolio of related projects
  • Enrolment in relevant Elective Modules in ITE
  • Participation in work attachments, community/volunteer work, school/personal activities/projects, CCAs and competitions related to the course
  • Aptitude test (if applicable)

 

4. Course Acceptance

  • Applicants may login to istudent.ite.edu.sg to check your application result via 'Self-Service'>'Student Admission'>'View Application Results'

Application results will be released on Mon 25 Aug 2025 (9am). Successful applicants are required to login and accept the course offer online between Mon 25 Aug 2025 and Fri 29 Aug 2025.

 

5. Withdrawal from Accepted Offer

  • Applicants who have accepted the conditional offer but later wish to withdraw from ITE EAE must submit their withdrawal request via email to training@ite.edu.sg between Mon 1 Sep 2025 and Fri 5 Sep 2025
  • Applicants who have accepted the ITE EAE offer and do not withdraw by Fri 5 Sep 2025, will have the conditional offer automatically confirmed if they meet the MER after the final Nitec exam results are released
