Campus Reporting for New Students
Welcome to ITE College West! Here are some important information to note for your first day of school.
- All new students are to report to ITE College West on Mon 1 Apr 2024.

- An SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number 3 – 5 days prior to the first day of school. A typical SMS will be sent in the format as shown:
“ITE CW 1st Day Reporting: Dear HNitec Electronics Engineering QC2404A Student, pls report on 1 Apr, 8.30am @ Room 4603 at Block 4 Level 3”
- If you do not receive an SMS, you may check the student listing for your class at https://for.edu.sg/orientationclasslist (Link will be available from 30 March to 1 Apr 2024).
- Please report in ITE uniform. If you haven’t purchase one yet, you may report in white top and black bottom with natural hair colour and decent haircut. Refer to the guidelines on personal appearance outlined in the 'Attire' section of the College's student code of conduct, available at https://www.ite.edu.sg/life-at-ite/student-services/ite-student-code-of-conduct.
- During the first week of school, you will engage in various Orientation activities organized by the College / Schools. These activities are scheduled to end by 5pm.
- We have prepared an e-Matriculation kit for all new students, covering essential information on student matters like bursary/financial assistance, scholarships, counselling, uniform, and more. You can access the e-Matriculation kit at https://for.edu.sg/mKit.
