Amidst changing labour demands, ITE has helped students and adult learners develop deep skills and adaptability even after they have graduated from formal education. Over the last three decades, ITE has also journeyed to become a world-class institution for career and technical education.
On Thu 30 Jun 2022, ITE celebrated the 30 years of inspiring, transforming and empowering lives for the future at the Tay Eng Soon Convention Centre, ITE Headquarters. The Guest-of-Honour was Mr Teo Chee Hean, Senior Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security. Mr Chan Chun Sing, Minister for Education, was also in attendance. Some 900 guests, comprising representatives of government agencies, industry partners and employers, international partners, stakeholders, alumni, staff and students, were at the milestone event.
