The Nitec Progression to Higher Nitec (NCHN) caters to the intake of Nitec graduates and Nitec (Sector) certificate holders who wish to progress to full-time Higher Nitec courses. NCHN is held in January each year. Successful applicants will commence their training in April. Admission to the courses is based on merit and choice. Interviews If you have indicated the following courses among your course choices and are shortlisted, you will be notified via email / SMS about the details of the interview taking place on Tue 4 Mar 2025 and Thu 6 Mar 2025: 2-year Higher Nitec in Early Childhood Education 2-year Higher Nitec in Nursing 4. Course Acceptance Refer to step-by-step Acceptance Guide for details on how to complete the course acceptance process Applicants may login to istudent.ite.edu.sg to check your application result via 'Self-Service'>'Student Admission'>'View Application Results' 5. Reporting to College Successful Singapore Citizen (SC) and Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) applicants who have accepted their course offer have to report to their posted ITE College by the stipulated dates to register for their course If you are an International Applicant (i.e. not SC or SPR) and had sat for the Singapore-Cambridge GCE level examination as candidate of a Government, Government-Aided or Independent school in Singapore) who has accepted the course offer, you should report to College only after receiving your Student Pass from the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) to study in ITE, or if you have a valid Immigration Pass (e.g. Dependent’s Pass / Long-Term Visit Pass).
