SkillsFuture Certificate of Competency (CoC)

This SkillsFuture Certificate of Competency (CoC) course equips participants with the basic knowledge of High-Performance Computing (HPC). It is run in collaboration with National Supercomputing Centre (NSCC) Singapore which manages Singapore’s first national petascale supercomputing facility.

Participants will be co-trained by ITE lecturers and NSCC specialists on how to access the HPC remotely from a virtual platform to experience working on thousands of computing nodes to perform complex programme tasks at high speed, which in turn will accelerate the building of deep learning AI applications. Training accounts with computing resources will be provided by NSCC. Upon completion of course, participants will be awarded a CoC in Introduction to High Performance Computing (HPC) as well as a Certificate of Participation by NSCC Singapore.

Entry Requirements

This is basic level course. Participants need to possess basic Python programming & computer skills.
