Do you wish you can be more conversant in the English language? Look no further – this course will equip you with enhanced communication skills so you can interact more effectively with clients and customers during face-to-face sessions and telephone conversations. By the end of the course, participants would be proficient in speaking good English at the workplace.
Participants are required to have a basic command of English.

- Use appropriate phrases and vocabulary to handle daily routine tasks at the workplace and conversations over the telephone
- Express opinions, ask for clarification and explanations and handle communication breakdown
- Apply appropriate language, expressions, and etiquette at job interviews
- Manage interactions in varied workplace scenarios such as customer complaints, difficult customers, phone or face-to-face sessions
(You will be given a scenario in a telephone conversation or face-to-face communication for role-play)
