Higher Nitec
When you enrol in the Higher Nitec in Hospitality Operations, you will be equipped with service skills and knowledge that are sought after by the hospitality and tourism industry. Your learning will take place in ITE’s authentic hands-on facilities that mirror those in the industry. You will gain knowledge in Front Office Operations, Executive Lounge Service, Housekeeping, Hospitality Law and Hospitality systems, Hospitality Sales and Events Management, and Customer Service.

The course duration is 1.5 years to 3 years.

Oct 24 intake will be the last intake of new applicants for the Higher Nitec in Services - Hospitality Operations course.  To obtain full certification, students will need to complete and pass all relevant modules by the prescribed timeline.

Entry Requirements

3 GCE ‘O’ Level passes in:

  • English Language (Grade 1- 7)
  • Two other subjects (Grade 1-7)

 Applicants must have sat for Mathematics (Elementary or Additional). 

OR

  • Nitec in Services qualifications; or
  • Nitec qualifications [business/services skills]

Higher Nitec in Services - Hospitality Operations graduates can be employed by hotels and other establishments in the hospitality sector.
