Higher Nitec
When you enrol in the Higher Nitec in Hospitality Operations, you will be equipped with service skills and knowledge that are sought after by the hospitality and tourism industry. Your learning will take place in ITE’s authentic hands-on facilities that mirror those in the industry. You will gain knowledge in Front Office Operations, Executive Lounge Service, Housekeeping, Hospitality Law and Hospitality systems, Hospitality Sales and Events Management, and Customer Service.

The course duration is 1.5 years to 3 years.

Entry Requirements

3 GCE ‘O’ Level passes in:

  • English Language (Grade 1- 7)
  • Two other subjects (Grade 1-7)

 Applicants must have sat for Mathematics (Elementary or Additional). 

OR

  • Nitec in Services qualifications (excluding Nitec in Services - Digital Animation, Product Design, Space Design, Visual
    Communication)
  • Nitec qualifications [business/services skills]

Higher Nitec in Services - Hospitality Operations graduates can be employed by hotels and other establishments in the hospitality sector.
