Pastel Nagomi Art is a healing art form from Japan. It uses pastels and fingers to create gentle, soft, and heart-warming art through simple yet unique techniques. This therapeutic method is perfect for self-care and relaxation. 

Participants will learn various techniques of Pastel Nagomi Art and apply them to their artwork. At the end of the course, participants will bring home their art pieces and a Nagomi Art Starter Kit.

Our trainer is a certified Pastel Nagomi Art Advanced Instructor (Japan Hope Pastel Art Association) and Artistic Healer in Intuitive Pastel Art (Asia-Pacific Association of Integrative Medicine, Taiwan). She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Expressive Arts Therapy from SUSS.
