  • Express opinions, ask for clarification and explanations and handle communication breakdown
  • Apply appropriate language, expressions, and etiquette at job interviews
  • Manage interactions in varied workplace scenarios such as customer complaints, difficult customers, phone or face-to-face sessions

(You will be given a scenario in a telephone conversation or face-to-face communication for role-play)
