  • Express your views, asking for clear explanations, and dealing with communication breakdowns
  • Using the correct language, expressions and manners during job interviews
  • Handling different workplace situations like customer complaints, difficult customers, and phone or face-to-face interactions. 

(You will be given a scenario in a telephone conversation or face-to-face communication for role-play)
