Application for Certified Statement, Statement of Results, Academic Transcript

ITE graduates may apply for a Certified Statement, copy of Statement of Results, or Academic Transcript via e-application or at any ITE Customer & Visitor Centre during office hours.

ITE does not issue duplicate copies of a certificate.

If you are an ITE graduate issued with the Digital Certificate and Transcripts, you can retrieve your Digital Certificate and Transcript by logging into MySkillsFuture Careers & Skills Passport with your Singpass (click to view the List of ITE certifications issued with Digital Certificate and Transcripts).

If you are not issued with a Digital Certificate and Transcripts, you can apply for a Certified Statement or a copy of the Statement of Results, or Academic Transcript using the form here or at any of the ITE Customer & Visitor Centres during office hours.

There is an administrative fee of $10 per course per type of statement and the processing and delivery by post of the statement(s) applied may take up to one week.
