What you'll learn
You will learn to handle front-desk services and sales engagements, organise business events, and provide service recovery in business functions. You will also be kept abreast of the fast-changing digital landscape through modules like Introduction to Data Analytics & Cyber Security and Social Media Marketing.
- 2 GCE 'O' Level Grades (Grade 1 - 8) in any two subjects; or
- 3 GCE 'N' Level Passes (Grade A-D or Grade 1-5) in English Language and two other subjects; or
- Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5 in Speaking and Listening, and Level 4 in Reading, Writing and Numeracy.
Nitec in Services - Business Services graduates are employed by companies in all sectors of the economy, including government agencies, statutory boards and private companies. Some of the job titles held by graduates include Executive Assistant, Sales Coordinator, Receptionist, Telesales Officer and Customer Service Representative.
