Do you lead an active lifestyle and want to learn how to protect yourself against injury?  Consider Sports Taping which is a process of applying tape on the skin in order to maintain a stable bone and muscles position during a sporting activity. This can help prevent injury and aid recovery from existing injury. Learn the purpose of rigid sports taping and taping techniques particularly for the ankle, knee, finger, and thumb.
