You will be equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide frontline healthcare patient and ancillary support services for quality inpatient and outpatient customer service, at various service touch points in the hospitals or polyclinics.
Prerequisite:
A team player with strong customer service experience & proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Trainees have to work with various stakeholders to provide frontline services to patients & family members. Trainee may need to perform rotating
shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Job Role:
The job role of Patient Services Senior Associate includes & not limited to assisting patients’ registration, billing, appointments / re-appointments & enquiries. Other job role includes provide financial counselling for patients, handle
patients’ admission & discharge documents, maintain patients’ medical record, prepare consultation rooms and provide administrative support & basic clinical procedures at clinics.
