Job Role:
A Security Systems Engineer / Security Project Engineer is one who manages the implementation and maintenance of physical security systems, as well as design and integration of security solutions to safeguard personnel, property and information.
The work he/she performs includes the following:
- Manage installation and upgrading of security systems
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance on security systems
- Perform physical security risk assessment
- Manage security solutions projects
- Set up network infrastructure to support security systems
- Provide technical support in security operations
