Are you ready to enhance your fitness while having fun on the water?

The course is designed for adults who are new to Boga board workouts and want to improve their cardiovascular health, burn calories, and build strength. By the end of the program, you will be able to balance, move, and feel more confident on the Boga board while staying safe and in control of your body. 

Fee for this course can be paid using SkillsFuture Credits.

What you'll learn

Introduction to Boga Board, Stability & Basic Movements
- Orientation and safety briefing
- Getting on/off the Boga board safely
- Basic balance drills

Core Activation & Stability
- Build foundational core strength
- Improve static and dynamic stability on the Boga board

Lower Body Strength & Balance
- Develop leg strength, balance, and confidence with upright movement on the board

Upper Body Coordination
- Strengthen the upper body and improve coordination using dynamic upper body movements on the board

Full Body HIIT Circuit
- Combine upper, lower, and core movements to test endurance and coordination

Entry Requirements

Adults who are already comfortable in water and are new to Boga Board.
