Become an On-the-Job Training Specialist
This module is tailored to equip you with the essential skills to design and develop effective On-the-Job Training (OJT) programmes within your organisation. By participating in this module, you will learn how to reflect on your own practices to evaluate OJT programme effectiveness.

Entry Requirements
- Communicate proficiently in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
- Keen to facilitate and assess learning through the design, reflection and continuous improvement of in-course activities in different learning settings (classroom, workplace and blended learning platform)
- Possess subject matter specialisation and industry experience
- Proficient in IT and communication skills, e.g. Microsoft Office such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and communication tools
- Able to source and analyse relevant materials from the workplace, library, internet or online databases for design and development of learning resources
