Master the Art to Measure Learner’s Achievement
This module is tailored to equip you with skills to develop assessment instruments leading to ITE certificates and in-house assessments. You will learn to design effective test items that accurately measure learner achievements and reflect their progress.

Entry Requirements
- Communicate proficiently in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
- Keen to facilitate and assess learning through the design, reflection and continuous improvement of in-course activities in different learning settings (classroom, workplace and blended learning platform)
- Possess subject matter specialisation and industry experience
- Proficient in IT and communication skills, e.g. Microsoft Office such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and communication tools
- Able to source and analyse relevant materials from the workplace, library, internet or online databases for design and development of learning resources
