of IT and Operational Technology
The course equips students with skills and knowledge to support the OT/IT network and server in a hybrid infrastructure environment. It also trains them to provide support for OT supervisory control systems and system integration to bridge the gaps between OT and IT, ensuring efficient operation of OT/IT systems within the organisation. In addition, it prepares them to handle cybersecurity incidents and manage security infrastructure.

Entry Requirements
Admission to Year 1 of the 3-year curriculum structure:
GCE ‘O’ level grades in any 2 subjects:

GCE ‘N’ level passes in Mathematics or Science* and 2 other subjects:
* Mobile Robotics, Smart Electrical Technology, Mechanical Design & Automation, IoT Applications, and Mobile Web Applications subjects can be used in lieu of Science for admission to this Higher Nitec course.

Progression Opportunities
Higher Nitec in Operational & Information Technology graduates may apply for progression to Work-Study Diploma courses at ITE:
Higher Nitec in Operational & Information Technology graduates with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.0 and above may apply for progression to the first year of a related diploma course at the Polytechnics.
