This course is suitable for Adults who are non-swimmers and are new to swimming or are afraid of water. You will learn to overcome your fear of water, build your confidence in water and also develop your swimming capabilities. The focus will be on Pool Orientation & Water Familiarization, Floatation and Recovery Skills, Basic Aquatic Movements Skills, and to develop these skills through enjoyment, fun and self-discovery so as to enable you to enjoy swimming.
