This course is suitable for Adults who are new to Swimming or are afraid of water. You will learn to overcome your fear, build your confidence in water and also develop your swimming capabilities. The focus will be on water orientation, basic water skills, basic strokes (Breastroke or Frontcrawl) and to develop these skills through enjoyment, fun and self-discovery. 

What you'll learn

Water confidence during safe entry and  entering and exiting safely out of the pool and learn breathing techniques and blowing bubbles under water. 

Basic front and back flotation and recovery skills.  

Basic aquatic movements skills such as sculling and directional propulsion.

Breaststroke or Frontcrawl, body positioning, hand and leg movements and stroke coordination.
