You will learn to overcome your fear of water, build your confidence in water, and develop your swimming capabilities. The focus will be on Pool Orientation & Water Familiarisation, Floatation and Recovery Skills, Basic Aquatic Movements Skills, and to develop these skills through enjoyment, fun, and self-discovery to enable you to enjoy swimming.
