Advisory on Covid-19

Mandatory precautionary measures such as thermal scanning, SafeEntry via TraceTogether and physical distancing will be implemented.

Graduands are also strongly encouraged to bring along your physical TraceTogether Token or activate your TraceTogether app to facilitate effective contact tracing should the need arises.

We would like to seek everyone’s cooperation to exercise social responsibility: stay at home if you’re unwell; practise good personal hygiene, and follow safe distancing measures in public spaces.

Attendees who

  • Exhibit acute respiratory illness of any degree of severity (e.g. cough, fever, runny nose) or running a temperature of more than 37.5 degree Celsius;
  • Are on quarantine, Stay-Home Notice (SHN), issued medical leave by the doctor;
  • Travelled abroad within the last 14 days from the Graduation date;
  • Had close contact with a confirmed COVID-19 patient

will be turned away and will not be allowed on campus.

Attendees of the Graduation Ceremony need to put on masks at all times and STRICTLY maintain safe distancing as per event advisory on actual day.

Online Registration

Confirm your attendance online regardless of whether you are attending the graduation ceremony.

Refer to the Schedule of Ceremonies section for the date of your graduation session.

The Online Registration System will be open for registration from Tuesday, 13 Apr 2021, 12.00pm till Thursday, 22 Apr 2021, 11.59pm

Please log in to the registration site using your NRIC number.

Graduation Online Registration
(registration is closed)

In view of the current restrictions in place, we will only be able to accommodate up to 250 persons (in zones of up to 50 each) per venue. Hence, ONLY graduands will be allowed to attend the ceremony on campus.

Graduands who fail to register their attendance by Thursday, 22 Apr 2021, 11.59pm will be deemed as not attending and will not be admitted into the venue

Only graduands who have pre-registered online will be admitted into the venues.

26 - 28 Apr 2021 Graduation Gown Rental
Please refer to the Gown Rental section for details on graduation gown rental and recommended outfit.
Now Clearance of Fees/ Fines/ Loans
Graduands are to ensure that all outstanding fees (fees, library fines etc.) are fully paid and properties on loan (library books, equipment etc.) are returned by Monday, 19 Apr 2021, 6.00pm
Graduands with outstanding fees will not be allowed to collect their certificates during the Graduation Ceremony.
Graduation Ceremony Certificates & Transcripts
The hardcopy Graduation Certificate and transcript will be given out during the ceremony.
Graduands who are unable to attend the ceremony may contact the ITE College Central Customer & Visitor Centre at 1800 222 2111 / 6590 2211 to make appointment to collect your certificate and transcript after 28 May 2021.
Certificates which are uncollected will be destroyed after 1 year from the date of issuance and will not be re-issued.
Digital Certificates & Transcripts
Graduates may also retrieve your Digital Certificates and Transcript issued by ITE after 14 May 2021 by logging in to MySkillsFuture portal with your SingPass.

Can I attend the graduation ceremony if I do not have the graduation attire?
No. All graduands, including those who are serving NS, must be in the graduation attire before they can be presented on stage.

If I am not able to attend the graduation ceremony, can I get my friend to collect the certificate for me at the ceremony?
No. If you are unable to attend the graduation ceremony, you may collect your certificate at the ITE College Central Customer & Visitor Centre from 28 May 2021 to 20 Aug 2021 during office hours (Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm).  Please remember to bring along your NRIC for verification purpose.

I have registered my attendance online and would like to amend my submission.  What should I do?
Please email to amend your online registration before closure of the online registration on 22 Apr 2021. Strictly no amendment requests can be made after 22 Apr 2021.

Can I collect my certificate before the graduation ceremony?
No, all graduands will collect their certificate only after the graduation ceremony.

Will there be an official photographer to take photographs of the graduands?
Yes, an official photographer will take photograph of every graduand as they go on stage to receive their certificate. Each graduand will be issued a personal link sent to their ITE email address to download their photograph.

Can I collect my certificate if I have unpaid fees?
No, you will not be able to collect your certificate after the graduation ceremony if you have any unpaid fees. So do ensure you have paid all your fees by Monday, 19 Apr 2021, 6.00pm.

How many guests can I bring?
Nil. Only graduands are invited for the graduation ceremony. However, guests may watch streaming sessions ‘Live’. Hop over to Schedule of Ceremonies for the ‘live’ stream on your actual graduation ceremony day.
