IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR GRADUANDS

All attendees (graduands and guests) must register to attend the graduation ceremony.

E-Invitation via ITE Email

Graduands will receive the invitation to register for the graduation ceremony via their ITE and personal email addresses declared in our system.

17 Apr 2025, 10am – 23 Apr 2025, 11.59pm

Online Registration

Confirm your attendance online regardless of whether you are attending the graduation ceremony.

Refer to the Schedule of Ceremonies section for the date of your graduation sessions.

The Online Registration System will be open for registration from Thursday 17 Apr 2025, 10:00am till Wednesday 23 Apr 2025, 11:59pm. 

Please log in to the registration site using your ITE email address (e.g. xxx@connect.ite.edu.sg for full-time graduates) or your personal email address registered with ITE (for part-time graduates). A One-Time Pin (OTP) will be sent to the provided email address for login during the registration process.

Graduate Online Registration


Graduands attending the ceremony are welcome to invite up to 2 guests to grace the event. Only registered graduands and guests will be admitted into the venue. As a courtesy to other guests, we regret that children below the age of 6 years will not be allowed into the Auditorium. One child is considered as one (1) guest. 

Graduands who fail to register their attendance by Wednesday, 23 Apr 2025, 11:59pm will be deemed as not attending and will not be admitted into the venue.

21 – 23 Apr 2025 Graduation Gown Rental

Please refer to Gown Rental section for details on graduation gown rental and dress code for the graduation ceremony.

Note: The graduation gown rental dates on 21 to 23 Apr 2025 are in ITE College Central. You may also check the other dates in other colleges via the Gown Rental section.
Now Clearance of Fees/ Fines/ Loans

Graduands are to ensure that all outstanding fees [i.e. school fees, library fines etc.] are fully paid and properties on loan [library books, equipment etc.] are returned by Monday, 21 Apr 2025, 6:00pm. 

Graduands with outstanding fees will not be allowed to collect their certificates during the Graduation Ceremony.
During Graduation Ceremony Certificates & Transcripts

The hardcopy Graduation Certificate and Transcript will be given out during the ceremony.

Graduands who are unable to attend the ceremony may contact the ITE Customer & Visitor Centre at 1800 222 2111 to make an appointment to collect your certificate and transcript after 26 May 2025.

Certificates which are uncollected will be destroyed after 1 year from the date of issuance and will not be re-issued.

Digital Certificates & Transcripts

Graduates may also retrieve your digital certificates / academic transcripts issued by ITE after Friday 9 May 2025 by logging in to MySkillsFuture portal with your SingPass.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

Can I attend the graduation ceremony if I do not have the graduation attire?
No. All graduands, including those who are serving NS, must be in the graduation attire before they can be presented on stage.

What is the dress code or attire for the graduation ceremony?

If I am not able to attend the graduation ceremony, can I get my friend to collect the certificate for me at the ceremony?
No. If you are unable to attend the graduation ceremony, you may collect your certificate at the ITE College Central Customer & Visitor Centre from 26 May 2025 onwards during office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm). Please remember to bring along your NRIC or student pass for verification purpose. Certificates which are uncollected will be destroyed after 1 year from the date of issuance and will not be re-issued. 

I have registered my attendance online and would like to amend my submission. What should I do?
Please email cc_graduation@ite.edu.sg to amend your online registration before closure of the online registration on 23 Apr 2025 at 11.59pm. Strictly no amendment requests can be made after 23 Apr 2025.

What happens if I do not receive the One-Time Pin (OTP) after keying in my ITE email address (for full-time graduates) or personal email address registered with ITE (for part-time graduates)?

Please kindly check your junk email box for the OTP email.

Can I collect my certificate before the graduation ceremony?
No, all graduands will collect their certificate only after the graduation ceremony.

Will there be an official photographer to take photographs of the graduands?
Yes, an official photographer will take a photograph of graduands as they are on stage to receive their certificates. Each graduand will be issued a personal link within 1 week from the event to download their photograph.

Can I collect my certificate if I have unpaid fees?
No, you will not be able to collect your certificate after the graduation ceremony if you have any unpaid fees. So, do ensure you have paid all your fees by Monday 21 Apr 2025, 6:00pm.

How many guests can I bring?
Graduand is allowed to invite up to 2 guests to attend the graduation ceremony in college.
