It is our priority to safeguard the health and safety of all attendees at the event. Please read the following information carefully.

Advisory on Covid-19

All attendees (graduands and guests) must pre-register for the ceremony. Mask wearing is optional.

We seek everyone’s cooperation to exercise social responsibility: stay at home if you’re unwell and practise good personal hygiene.

Timeline of Events

Online Registration

Confirm your attendance online regardless of whether you are attending the graduation ceremony.

Refer to the Schedule of Ceremonies section for the date of your graduation session.

The Online Registration System will be open for registration from Thursday, 19 Jan 2023, 12.00pm till Saturday, 28 Jan 2023, 11.59pm

Graduands attending the ceremony are welcome to invite up to 2 guests to grace the event.  Only pre-registered graduands and guests will be admitted into the venue.  As a courtesy to other guests, we regret that children below the age of 6 years will not be allowed into the Auditorium. One child is considered as one (1) guest.


Graduands who fail to register their attendance by Saturday, 28 Jan 2023, 11:59pm will be deemed as not attending and will not be admitted into the venue.

Please refer to the Gown Rental section for details on graduation gown rental and recommended outfit.
Now Clearance of Fees / Fines / Loans
 
Graduands are to ensure that all outstanding fees (fees, library fines etc.) are fully paid and properties on loan (library books, equipment, etc.) are returned by Tuesday, 31 Jan 2023, 6.00pm.
 
Graduands with outstanding fees will not be allowed to collect their certificates during the Graduation Ceremony.
Graduation Ceremony

Certificates & Transcripts

The hardcopy Graduation Certificate and transcript will be given out during the ceremony.

Graduands who are unable to attend the ceremony may contact the ITE College Central Customer & Visitor Centre at 1800 222 2111 to make appointment to collect your certificate and transcript after 10 March 2023.

Certificates which are uncollected will be destroyed after 1 year from the date of issuance and will not be re-issued.

Digital Certificates & Transcripts
Graduates may also retrieve your Digital Certificates / academic transcripts issued by ITE after Friday, 3 Feb 2023 by logging in to MySkillsFuture portal with your SingPass.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

Can I attend the graduation ceremony if I do not have the graduation attire?
All graduands, including those who are serving NS, must be in the graduation attire before they can be presented on stage.

If I am not able to attend the graduation ceremony, can I get my friend to collect the certificate for me at the ceremony?
No. If you are unable to attend the graduation ceremony, you may collect your certificate at the ITE College Central Customer & Visitor Centre from 13 Mar 2023 to 31 May 2023 during office hours (Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm).  Please remember to bring along your NRIC for verification purpose.

I have registered my attendance online and would like to amend my submission. What should I do?
Please email cc_graduation@ite.edu.sg to amend your online registration before closure of the online registration on 28 Jan 2023. Strictly no amendment requests can be made after 28 Jan 2023.

Can I collect my certificate before the graduation ceremony?
No. All graduands can collect their certificate only after the graduation ceremony.

Will there be an official photographer to take photographs of the graduands?
Yes. An official photographer will take photograph of every graduand as they go on stage to receive their certificate. Each graduand will be issued a personal link to download their photograph.

Can I collect my certificate if I have unpaid fees?
No. You will not be able to collect your certificate after the graduation ceremony if you have any unpaid fees. Please ensure you have paid all your fees by Tuesday, 31 Jan 2023, 6.00pm.

How many guests can I bring?
Graduand can only invite 2 guests to attend the graduation ceremony in college. Your other loved ones, family and friends will be able to celebrate with you on the virtual platform as there will be 'live' streaming of the Graduation ceremony.
