Fire up your taste buds with the Higher Nitec in Culinary Arts course! Learn to cook exciting cuisines using a wide variety of halal and non-halal ingredients such as beef, chicken, pork, game meat, fish and seafood, vegetables and alcohol with various cooking techniques such as braising, steaming, frying and sous vide.
This course includes a three and six-month enhanced internship at one of the many renowned cafes, restaurants and hotels.
To provide a holistic authentic learning experience, lessons and practicum may additionally be conducted at selected training facilities located at ITE Headquarters / ITE College Central as and when required.
