Successful Singapore Citizen and Singapore Permanent Resident applicants who have accepted full-time Higher Nitec course offer under the Apr 2022 intake have to pay first term fees by Fri 25 Mar 2022 via one of the payment modes as given at https://www.ite.edu.sg/admissions/full-time-courses/fee-instructions and report to their posted ITE College by the stipulated dates to register for their course.

If you are an International Applicant (i.e. not Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident and had sat for the Singapore-Cambridge GCE level examination as candidate of a Government, Government-Aided or Independent school in Singapore) who has accepted the course offer, you should report to College only after receiving your Student Pass from the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) to study in ITE. Instructions on applying for your Student Pass are provided in your Enrolment Letter (emailed to you upon release of application outcome).

      (If you are a Singapore Citizen using your sibling’s PSEA to pay fees – call or email your College for an appointment to submit your completed and signed PSEA SO form. PSEA SO form is downloadable from www.ite.edu.sg/ft_forms and should be signed by your Parent / Legal Guardian if you are below 21 years old.)
    • Online Payment
      (At https://for.edu.sg/ite-student-portal by Credit/Debit Card or eNETs, or via AXS e-Station or m-Station – bring along your payment receipts (for payment of course fees by Fri 25 Mar 2022) and a completed Application Form for InterBank GIRO when you report to your College on Mon 4 Apr 2022.)
    • Credit Card/NETs Payment at the Customer & Visitor Centre (CVC) of ITE College
      (Call or email your College CVC for an appointment. To bring along a completed Application Form for InterBank GIRO and submit it upon making payment at CVC by Fri 25 Mar 2022.)

    Note:

    • The GIRO form is for payment of subsequent term fees (i.e. in October for Higher Nitec courses offered in Apr intake) where applicable and is downloadable from www.ite.edu.sg/ft_forms.
    • If you are enrolled in a course with free from colour appreciation deficiency requirement, please take the online Colour Vision Test at https://colormax.org/color-blind-test/. If you fail the online test, you may call or email your College for an appointment to seek course advising before paying your course fees by Fri 25 Mar 2022.

Declaration of Vaccination Status: Please submit your Vaccination Status displayed on your TraceTogether App at https://for.edu.sg/itesurvey.

National Service (NS) Deferment

If you were born in the year 2002 or earlier (for Secondary 4 students) or born in the year 2001 or earlier (for Secondary 5 students or ITE Graduates seeking progression to Higher Nitec courses), you may need to check your eligibility for NS deferment. You may download the Eligibility for NS Deferment Form at e-Services & Forms and submit the completed form to Central Manpower Base (CMPB) for processing of your NS deferment. You can contact CMPB at 1800-3676767 or at https://www.ns.sg concerning your NS deferment. If you are not eligible for NS deferment, you will need to withdraw from the course that you are enrolled.

If you have completed your NS, please bring along the following document for verification during College registration:

  • 11B Military Identification Card; or
  • Letter of Completion of National Service by MINDEF; or
  • Certificate of Service by RSAF/RSN/SAF/SCDF/SPF

Appeal for Transfer

Applicants who wish to transfer to another course/College should first accept their original course offer and register at the College stated in their Enrolment Letter, before submitting an appeal. Appeal for transfer may be submitted online via the Combined Poly-ITE JAE appeal website (where applicable) or ITE website, or at the College stated in your Enrolment Letter.
