Develop pocket-sized solutions for the digital economy!

To cater to industry demand, the new 3-year curriculum structure comprises the specialised and deepened skills sets built upon broad-based foundation skills sets for the Infocomm Technology (ICT) sector. In this course, you will develop highly sought-after skills and capabilities to design, develop, deploy and maintain Web and Mobile applications.

Entry Requirements

Admission to Year 1 of the 3-year curriculum structure:

GCE ‘O’ level grades in any 2 subjects:

  • Grade 1-8

or

GCE ‘N’ level passes in Mathematics or Science* and 2 other subjects:

  • Grade A-D or Grade 1-5

* Mobile Robotics, Smart Electrical Technology, Mechanical Design & Automation, IoT Applications, and Mobile Web Applications subjects can be used in lieu of Science for admission to this Higher Nitec course.

Progression Opportunities

Higher Nitec in IT Applications Development graduates may apply for progression to the following Work-Study Diploma courses at ITE:


Higher Nitec in IT Applications Development graduates with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.0 and above may apply for progression to the first year of a related diploma course at the Polytechnics.
