Do you dream of creating the next “Pokémon Go”, “Clash of Clans”, “Fortnite” and “Warcraft” games? Do you want to wow your friends with your creativity?
In this two-year course, you will create fun and engaging games for entertainment, education or training purposes. You will learn C# programming language as well as game development tools such as Unity. This course also provides you with a basic foundation in game design principles and game level design for building multi-platform interactive experiences.

What you'll learn

GCE 'O' level grades in English Language, Mathematics/ Principles of Accounts and 1 approved subject:
- Grade 1-8 in English Language
- Grade 1-7 in Mathematics (Elementary or Additional)

Higher Nitec in Games Programming & Development graduates may apply for progression to the following Work-Study Diploma course at ITE:
Higher Nitec in Games Programming & Development graduates with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.0 and above may apply for progression to the first year of a related diploma course at the Polytechnics. For more details on diploma courses for progression, please refer to the Joint Polytechnic Admissions website.
Your career options after graduation include Game Programmer, Interactive Content Developer or Tester.
