Do you like to work at the airport or cruise centre and meeting people from all over the world?
In the Higher Nitec in Passenger Services course, you will learn how to perform check-in services and handle enquiries relating to passenger needs at aviation and ferry/cruise terminals. You will also be equipped with crowd control and crisis management skills, which will allow you to handle the arrival and departure of customers with ease.

Entry Requirements
GCE 'O' level grades in English Language and 2 other subjects:
- Grade 1-7 in English Language
- Grade 1-7 in 2 other subjects
To be eligible for selection, you must have sat for Mathematics (Elementary/Additional).

Successful students will be required to purchase a Laptop which will cost about $500 - $1,500 for the 2-year course. This is in addition to the course fees. Financial assistance is available for eligible students under ITE Opportunity

Progression Opportunities
Higher Nitec in Passenger Services graduates may apply for progression to the following Work-Study Diploma courses at ITE:
Higher Nitec in Passenger Services with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.0 and above may apply for progression to the first year of a related diploma course at the Polytechnics. For more details on diploma courses for progression, please refer to the Joint Polytechnic Admissions website.
Career Opportunities
Higher Nitec in Passenger Services graduates are employed by organisations which provide passenger services (primarily in the aviation and ferry/cruise industries). Some of the job titles held by graduates include Customer Service Agents, Passenger
Services Agent, Passenger Services Officer and Operations Officers.
There are excellent opportunities for career advancement to supervisory positions and beyond. The challenge is for student to upgrade their technical skills and knowledge by taking up higher-level courses.
