Can I attend the graduation ceremony if I do not have the graduation attire?
No. All graduands, including those who are serving NS, must be in the graduation attire before they can be presented on stage.
If I am not able to attend the graduation ceremony, can I get my friend to collect the certificate for me at the ceremony?
No. If you are unable to attend the graduation ceremony, you may collect your certificate at the ITE College Central Customer & Visitor Centre from 11 Mar 2021 to 31 May 2021 during office hours (Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm). Please remember to bring along your NRIC for verification purpose.
I have registered my attendance online and would like to amend my submission. What should I do?
Please email cc_graduation@ite.edu.sg to amend your online registration before closure of the online registration on 30 Jan 2021. Strictly no amendment requests can be made after 30 Jan 2021.
Can I collect my certificate before the graduation ceremony?
No, all graduands will collect their certificate only after the graduation ceremony.
Will there be an official photographer to take photographs of the graduands?
Yes, an official photographer will take photograph of every graduand as they go on stage to receive their certificate. Each graduand will be issued a personal link to download their photograph.
Can I collect my certificate if I have unpaid fees?
No, you will not be able to collect your certificate after the graduation ceremony if you have any unpaid fees. So do ensure you have paid all your fees by Monday, 27 Jan 2021, 6.00pm.
How many guests can I bring?
Nil. Only graduands are invited for the graduation ceremony. However, guests may watch streaming sessions ‘Live’. Hop over to “Schedule of Ceremonies” for the ‘live’ stream on your actual graduation ceremony day.
