A Taste of Art & Science of Cooking
Do you enjoy cooking? Are you interested to uncover the science behind food and nutrition? In this course, you will learn more about basic cooking techniques and how to whip up various recipes using eggs and flour as the main ingredients. Furthermore, you will be exposed to authentic learning in ITE’s fully-professional and commercial kitchen set-up (non-halal) with specialised equipment aligned to industry standards.
