Introduction to Restaurant Services

Intrigued by how beverages are prepared for various settings? Learn how to prepare and serve delicious and hydrating non-alcoholic drinks and set up a table for the occasion with napkins and tableware. This course provides students with an overview of the Food & Beverage operations as well as an introduction to food service in a restaurant environment.
