Admission Guideline

  • Communicate proficiently in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Keen to facilitate and assess learning through the design, reflection and continuous improvement of in-course activities in different learning settings (classroom, workplace and blended learning platform)
  • Possess subject matter specialisation and industry experience
  • Proficient in IT and communication skills, e.g. Microsoft Office such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and communication tools
  • Able to source and analyse relevant materials from the workplace, library, internet or online databases for design and development of learning resources

REFUND AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY

  • A 100% refund will be available for withdrawal request submitted more than or equal to 14 days before the course start date
  • A 50% refund will be available for withdrawal request submitted less than 14 days before the course start date
  • Please note that no refund will be available if the withdrawal request is submitted on or after the course start date

If the course is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund. All fee refunds will be processed via PayNow. To apply for PayNow service, you are required to have e-banking/internet banking.

  • Individuals are to link your NRIC/FIN to your personal bank account
  • Companies who are sponsoring their staff are to link their company's UEN to the company's bank account
