Apply Letter of Endorsement EligibilityApplicants are required to satisfy all the following requirements:Hold at least a Nitec or equivalent qualification or provide references and testimonials detailing relevant past work experience;Passed the ITE Prepare and Conduct Coaching, Deliver and Facilitate Learning, and Design and Develop OJT Programme modules within the last 6 years; andPossess at least 3 years of relevant training experience.Supporting documents requiredSupporting documents for the above listed pointsCopies of the following: Task Analysis, Assessment Checklist, Coaching Session Plan and Lesson Plan.
