The 'Prepare and Conduct Coaching (PCC)' module has undergone a review to refine and streamline its content, placing a stronger emphasis on structured coaching for workplace learning. The new module name, ‘Coaching for Workplace Learning’, reflects this sharper, clearer focus—helping you, as company trainers, guide learning where it matters most: on the job, ensuring that the learning is relevant and useful.

You will learn how to plan and deliver effective coaching based on specific job competencies, assess your progress, and improve coaching methods for better results.

Participants will be awarded with the module certificate upon completing the module and attaining a pass in the assessment criteria.

¹Singapore Citizens (SCs), Singapore Permanent Residents (SPRs) and Long Term Visit Pass Plus (LTVP+) holders are eligible for SSG funding support of 50% of course fees.

²SCs, SPRs and LTVP+ holders who are sponsored by SMEs, or SCs who are eligible for Midcareer Enhanced Subsidy (MCES) enjoy higher SSG funding support of 70% of course fees.

³Applies to the following categories:
a) Foreigners with a valid work pass; and
b) Singapore Citizen/ Singapore PRs/ LTVP+ who are re-taking the programme
