Elevate Your Skills with Coaching for Workplace Learning!
The 'Prepare and Conduct Coaching (PCC)' module has undergone a review to refine and streamline its content, placing a stronger emphasis on structured coaching for workplace learning. The new module name, ‘Coaching for Workplace Learning’,
reflects this sharper, clearer focus—helping you, as company trainers, guide learning where it matters most: on the job, ensuring that the learning is relevant and useful.
You will learn how to plan and deliver effective coaching based on specific job competencies, assess your progress, and improve coaching methods for better results.
To cater to different organisational and personal needs and preferences, the module is offered in three learning modes: classroom facilitated training, synchronous e-learning or blended learning comprising classroom and asynchronous sessions.
*Important Note: Course participants for blended learning classes are required to submit a completed coaching plan assignment by the end of the 3-week online learning via the online learning portal. Course participants who do not submit the coaching plan as required will not be eligible to attend the 2-day classroom facilitated lessons, and will be deemed to have failed the course.
Refer to the course overview to find out more about the topics covered and entry requirement.
Participants will be awarded with the module certificate upon completing the module and attaining a pass in the assessment criteria.
