Are you working in the vector control industry?  This course is designed for those who are planning to apply to National Environment Agency (NEA) for the Vector Control Worker license.  You will be trained to be Pest Control workers who inspect and locate pests or vectors, their breeding and harbourage sites at premises or outside areas.

Course Information

Upon successful completion of 2 practical and 1 theory assessments and satisfying the attendance criteria of 75%, participants will be issued the Joint ITE-NEA Certificate in Pest Control.

Lessons conducted on every Monday & Tuesday (Subject to adjustments)

Time: 6.45 pm – 9.45 pm

 

 

General Information:

 

The detailed lesson schedule will be given by the trainer on the first day of the class together with the course notes.

 

Duration: 43 hours (14 sessions)

Classroom Training Hours: 18 hours
Practical: 20 hours
Assessment: 5 hours

 

You need to pass 2 Practical Assignments and 1 Theory Exam, and attain at least 75% attendance to be issued the certificate.
