Application Procedure

Do you want to become a certified Food Hygiene Officer? This course provides the framework for in-employment F&B supervisors and managers to acquire skills and knowledge to conduct food hygiene audit at their workplace. Candidates certified competent could register with the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) as Food Hygiene Officer.

Course Information

Course participants are required to achieve 100% course attendance to be eligible to take the end of course assessment. Candidates who pass the assessment will receive a Letter of Completion and a WSQ Statement of Attainment (SOA).
